We are so proud that Category 5 attained his UKC Championship at the age of 8 months. He won Best of Winners 3 out of 4 shows at the 2008 UKC Premier in Kalamazoo Michigan. His first win was at the COBRA Catahoula Specialty with Catahoulas attending from all parts of North America. He then went on to win his UKC Grand Championship in Fort Gratiot Michigan at the age of 12 months.
On November 2, 2008 Category 5 attended his first NALC show and trials and did us proud. He won Reserve High Point Male in the B-Bay hog trials.
This dog’s temperament is perfect. He loves people and is very affectionate. His affection ends however when it comes to guarding his home and his family.
Category 5 has been DNA tested and proven single merle. He has been brucellosis tested free. He is an intelligent dog with a high prey drive and a gentle demeanor with people. That combination is about as good as it gets.
